While enrolling your student, you should have received instructions on how to register your student through ParentVue. Please refer to your email for instructions. All students must have this step completed in order for us to start assigning classes.

This form is required for every student before we can establish a start date.
If your student requires medication at school, please make sure to fill out the medication at school form which requires a signature from the doctor.
Please email transportation@beaconacademy.com to sign up for transportation.
Here at Beacon, we offer two ways to order lunch for your student(s). You can order online each month and choose specific days you’d like your child to each school lunch. Or, you can sign up for our “Every Day Eater” program.
Our monthly menu’s are found under our Food Services tab or you can email foodservice@beaconacademy.com to sign your student up for Everyday Eater.
Our school offers healthy meals each day. All students can get one breakfast and one lunch free of charge each day at school. Although no application is required to receive this free meal benefit, filling out the Application for Educational Benefits is still important! Your application may help the school qualify for education funds. A new application must be submitted each year!
