Registration Information

To ensure your family is ready for Back to School Night, please review all of the links and forms on this page.
 
Complete the following steps before the first day of school:
  • Register/Update your students information online on ParentVue 
  • Complete all health forms and turn in Immunization Records
  • Complete Transportation survey (emailed to families 8/9/2024)
  • Complete Food Services forms (Application for Educational Benefits, Every day eater survey)
  • Pay Office fee (turn in cash/check at Back to School Night)
  • Review the updated Uniform guidelines
If you have not completed the online registration portion on ParentVue, please complete this step first.
 
To access the online registration, log into your ParentVue account:
To sign up for bus transportation, please see the email that was sent out to parents on 8/9/2024. Contact the main office if you have any questions regarding transportation for your student(s).

Application for Educational Benefits below. We are asking all families to fill out the Application for Educational Benefits. This helps us access as much funding as to what we are entitled.
