pictures of a different village type feel where you at Community rigger character those are basically or three pillars Community the impact of that is we're going to make sure that all of our all of our students are not all of our students one thing I really liked about weekend when there were small class sizes it was a diverse and by the staff really gets to know who your kids are they also really love the teachers and how personable everybody is it is really exciting that 30 the teachers that are higher up so when they get there it's not going to be a new teacher with a new face I love that begin it has an open environment so they want families to be involved reaching out engaging family bring them in here be involved in the school with volunteering in other organizations the idea with riggers we want students to Cal tells academically but also socially cuz it's a charter school they have to add extra things also the teachers will look at kind of what students are interested in and include that in the curriculum is rigorous but also looking at its students are struggling how come two kids come here and buying a teachers are more willing to be flexible with them and that's what I liked about begin tonight we have the flexibility to really see where students are and he's at another alternative to school where the curriculum is different I like the Spanish every day we love that they are learning Spanish and it's been really fun because you and my daughter first grade is trying to actually use it and that is a huge and what the brain has to do to acquire a second language that's important not only in gaining Spanish dollars but helping you academically and other area, Montessori School where character education is important education is taking a lot of the traits that make us better people and weaving at into the course of the day off positive teachers Independence or how to stay on top of our word that means a lot because somebody over to your table here reminder sometime always looking out for somebody that character.
